Who we are
Prosperity People Solutions launched in August 2026 to give business owners and leaders one place to go for recruitment, HR, workforce and leadership support.
We are a division rather than a separate agency, which changes how we approach the work. Prosperity has advised Australian businesses for more than 35 years and works with over 2,000 active clients across Sydney, Newcastle and Brisbane. Our directors advise those clients on performance, profitability, workforce costs and succession. A talent conversation with us starts from that, not from a job description.

Contractors and interim staff are engaged and paid through Prosperity Payroll Solutions, with classification, superannuation and insurances handled by specialists rather than as an administrative afterthought.
